OMBUDSMAN SERVICES

The Ombudsman is an intermediate person who tries to resolve the complaints raised by consumers or employees. The task is to look into complaints and provide peaceful resolution of the same. The idea is to provide quick, neutral and cost effective justice to the complainant.

Propertified is associated with VIA Mediation Centre provides for both domestic as well as international Ombudsman services. The parties can choose their ombudsman service and the ombudsman service shall be held with the aid of VIA at such a place. The conciliation shall be held by retired judges, persons with expertise in particular matters, senior advocates and advocates, as per the needs of the parties.
