The residents of Raheja eternity filed the complaint to the police that the alleged attempt of some men to break a partition wall separating some parking spaces was contempt. The presence of the bouncers in the premises is making uncomfortable to the women they said subsequently.
The first complaint was lodged by the resident, a month after the case was filed in court. It had said that the builder’s men had tried to repaint the numbers that marked the designated parking spaces of the members of the society, calling it a trespassing on their property.
“The civil court gave an injunction in our favour, while putting a stay on the use or further allotment of the disputed parking space. The builder subsequently challenged this decision in the high court, and the matter is still sub judice. However, the builder has made a temporary office space in the building premises, and also appointed some bouncers to stand guard near the parking space,” said a resident.
A spokesperson on the behalf of the company took the defense that the residents have the habit of making false complaints. Taking into consideration that the complaint was in civil nature the police filed closure report immediately after the complaint is been filed.
Talking about the current case the spokesperson of Raheja’s said“The car parkings now claimed by the society are not part of the pending lawsuit filed by them in the Dindoshi Court. On the contrary, these parking spots are part of the sanctioned plans for the neighboring Odyssey building.”
