Mostly the complainants are owners from Westend heights, Ridgewood Estate, CHD Avenue 71 and Central Mall Plaza.
Yogesh saini who is the owner of shop in Central Mall Plaza said Yadav did not obey the 2017 order by the state registrar’s office for Yadav to audit accounts of the shop owner’s association, following complaints shop owners, which are not obeyed by the former. Further Saini alleged that because of failure to take any action by Yadav crores of rupees of the association’s funds were misappropriated.
Ritu Bhariok (Resident of Westend heights) and representative of five residential societies including her have met Additional Chief Secretary Devender Singh in Chandigarh to discuss their issue and to demand the resolution for the same. It was alleged by the Bhariok that the Residents welfare association concealed the keys of society financial records and documents.
“Despite clear directions and multiple orders by the state registrar of the societies over past two years, Yadav has been ignoring the issue and avoiding compliance of directions by his senior officials, causing harassment to the resident,” Bhariok stated.
Ritu Bagai, (Ridgewood Estate Resident) lodged complaint against Yadav for arbitrarily approving governing body, in violation of Haryana State Registration and Regulation of Societies (HRRS) Act 2012, but there was lack of action. She is hoping that ACS will take action against Yadav.
Yadav took the defense that residents can raise their issues but many a complaints are filed to pressurize him. He also said that grievances raised by the residents are being looked by HRRS Act 2012 norms. Most of the complaints regarding RWA’s elections are been solved only few are left to be resolved.
