A shudder runs down Delhi High Court's spine as they come across the moving case of a man stabbing his nephew and sister in law in their sleep, all this for nothing but property. The gruesome attack took place in central Delhi, Paharganj.

During the investigation conducted by the local police and DCP of central district it was found that the offender was none other than Raj Kumar, their close family member and he did so to end the property dispute that was ongoing in the family. The weapons that were used was a hoe along with a vegetable knife. When the sister in law sold a property in Hapur, Raj Kumar pressured her into give him a part of the money that was obtained from the same.

A case of murder and attempt to murder has been registered against Rajkumar on the statement of his younger brother Tarachand," said the investigating officer.

"Tarachand in his statement said, Kaushalaya is window and her husband Omprakash passed away couple of years ago. After the death of her husband, Rajkumar used to indulge in domestic fights with her," he added to his statement.
