The Full Bench of Allahabad High Court in Kusum Lata versus the State of UP has held that a registered sale deed can't be wiped out or put aside by registering expert or by any specialist conjuring regulatory forces if the enlistment is addressed even on the tally of pantomime/extortion.
The Bench of Justice Govind Mathur, Justice Ram Surat Ram (Maurya), and Justice Jayant Banerji were noting the reference to it by a division bench seeing different supposition in two prior division bench judgments.

The Full bench cited an ongoing division bench judgment in Krishna Kumar Saxena versus the State of U.P. wherein it was held that for no situation enrollment of sale deed could have been pulled back and the sale deed could have been dissolved by managerial fiat. The said judgment alludes to Satya Pal Anand vs. Province of Madhya Pradesh wherein Apex Court held that the registering expert couldn't choose whether the report which was executed by a man who had the title as was recounted in the given instrument.
