Question :  What is the difference between a "mortgage" and a "lease" Please explain

Answer by Ravi.P.D :  Mortgage is tranfering or giving posesson of one's property to get money. Usually bank advances money on mortgage of properties. There are three types of mortgages.Simple,equitable, and usefructuos mortgage. Lease is a person taking possession of a property on payment of monthly or yearly cash for a particular period.
